Here’s what you need to know about production and shipping: 

1. Production & Shipping Timeline

① DIY sets：Shipped within 7 days after your order is confirmed. 

② Customized sets：Crafted with extra care and shipped within 15 days (including detail checks, layout adjustments, and manual quality inspections to match your expectations). 

2. Shipping Methods

We prioritize air freight for all orders to get your blocks to you faster. Deliveries are handled via trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. 

3. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most destinations in North America, Europe, and Australia take 5-10 business days; other regions typically 10-18 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor progress in real time. 

4. Tracking Progress

After your order ships, an email with the tracking link will be sent to you. You can check the latest status anytime through the carrier’s website.
